Golf Swing Speed – Before telling you about golf swing speed I want to tell you that most of these events occurred previously and the tails about my current golfing scores have been occurring over the summer. It is October as I post these but the current events happened June, July, August and September of 2010.
If you are just now starting to read my blog I would advise that you go to the beginning and read back up to current so that you understand what I am talking about.

Well, my plans were made and improving my golf swing speed was at the top of my list of things to do.
I accepted the early retirement package even though I was not going to get the big bonus of cash. I had to be employed for 365 days but because I started on January 2nd I did not qualify for the bonus. Well, I would have to cut back on some of my plans a little but I had worked a lot of overtime that I had been paid for, so I was in pretty good shape as I banked as much as possible.
I got my clubs out even though it was winter. I began praticing my putting in the living room and dining room. I realize I needed a new grip for my putter and began looking for a golf club repair guy who also gave lessons. I found him and took a couple of lessons. He liked my basic golf swing but tried to change it to make it simpler to use when I began golfing again.
A couple of days later I got a call from a company I had approached a few years back about working for them. They had a job that was ready to go and needed project management help. So we met over lunch and discussed my roll and what type of money we were talking about.
It was a job I had hoped I would get and accepted it right then and there. I began the next week. It was still winter and the project
was going slowly. The building had been mostly completed and my responsibilties were to be the building coordinator for the entire project and the project manager for all of the vendors that worked for us.
I brought my clubs in during this relatively slow time and began practicing the golf swing he showed me. I was also trying to improve my golf swing speed for distance. But the trailer was too small so I went into the main building and found a nice secluded corner. I bought a driving range matt and plastic balls and started getting my golf swing in order.
Things began to ramp up in the project and my free time got less and less.
Next post, Still don’t have time for my golf swing.
