My Golf Swing Cannot get any Worse

By | October 8, 2010

First I want to tell you that most of these events occurred previously and the tails about my current golfing scores have been occurring over the summer. It is October as I post these but the current events happened June, July, August and September of 2010.

If you are just now starting to read my blog I would advise that you go to the beginning and read back up to current so that you understand what I am talking about. Or go to the Current Perfect Golf Swing Tips

Things get worse in the industry and my golf scores finally flaten.

Just a month after they completed construction on my most direct root to work, they decide they did not have enough work for everyone. So the first to go were the contract employees.

The people I was working with and for said they were sorry to see me go but they had no control.

So, now was my chance to pick up the sticks and start again. I decided after playing two rounds of golf that my golf swing just needed to much work and golfing was just too expensive for my pocket book and my golf scores were not improving or declining. My scores just sucked as far as I was concerned. So, golf, except for the occassional family outing was out.

I would still buy magazines and an occassional golf swing practice device. I was given a device that would help me grip the clubs properly and it had a shortened club with a big weight on it for practive in the house and it was suppose to improve my golf swing.

Most everything I got would be tried a couple of times and then put in the basement with my clubs. I can remember the days that I would not go anywhere without my clubs in the trunk of the car. You just never knew when someone would say, lets go golfing.

During those days, it was nothing to drop everything and hit the links. There were even occassions when I would go golfing in my dress shirt and dress slacks and would just change my shoes and play a quick nine holes. We even found courses where we could play 18 holes in less than 2 hours with two guys.

But, that was then and this was now. Soon I got a call from a friend that wanted to know if I was looking for work.
