Thank you Golf Discount for the picture

Tour Edge Has a new adjustable driver for the very first time. Many other manufacturers have had adjustable drivers but this is a first for Tour Edge. So, congrats for them. The club is not cheap but it is in the range of other adjustable drivers.

Read more about it in the following article;

According to Jay Hubbard, vice president of marketing for Tour Edge, “The XCG6 is monster long, compliments of the titanium cup face that provides to?the?limit COR even on off?center hits. It also has a steel body that is almost as light as titanium, allowing even more mass to be placed in the heel and toe areas of the sole.” The club’s heavy tungsten sole plate moves 65% of the total club head weight in the heel and toe areas for a higher moment?of?inertia, reduced club head twisting, and greater forgiveness.

The XCG6 has a hot face. The club’s Boomerang face technology offers multiple levels of variable face thickness that maximize the rebound from more points on the face. This is the wave of the future. Adjust your club to fit you. I could not find a video about the driver because the club is so new so I went to Tour Edge golf site and copied this section of information and a link to their site for the Tour Edge Exotic XGC6 driver;

The new XCG6 driver is our most advanced Exotics driver ever, offering everything you’ve come to expect from an Exotics driver but now with an adjustable hosel for the ultimate in ball flight control. Shot Control Technology (SCT) allows you to adjust four face-angle/loft settings to optimize launch characteristics for maximum distance and control. With a simple twist of the SCT wrench you can adjust the face angle, loft, and lie of the XCG6 driver. For example, if your tee shots tend to draw or hook (a right to left ball flight for a right handed golfer), select the “O” or open position on the SCT hosel. If your drives tend to fade or slice (a left to right ball flight for a right handed golfer) select the “C” or closed position for more slice correction or the “U” or upright position for less slice correction. If your tee shots are mostly straight select the “N” or neutral position on the SCT hosel… This is the website for Tour Edge Exotic XCG6

It’s a great looking club and only time will tell when it gets to be tested by outside interest. In the meantime it is priced at $349 at Discount Golf. If you are interested then go there for more info.
