Golf Tips to Improve Your Golf Swing

 

My golf tips give you another tip to help you get more physically fit to golf when the season starts. As we know it takes the main body parts to improve your golf swing speed. Normally if you hinge you wrist you can generate more club head speed but only to a certain extent. It takes the legs and body torso to make a big difference.

In case you did not know, the hips moving by itself can only move between 1 and 3 mph. If you are moving the hips at 1 mph then you cannot reach speeds of 100+ mph. If you move the torso at 3 mph then it is possible to reach that 100+ mph with the combination.

If you want a powerful golf swing, use all your bodies muscles, in particular the leg and trunk muscles. Your body needs to accelerate with the finesse of a whip. Do this by pushing your legs against the ground and drawing on the energy this generates.

TIP! To get a better workout and save money, walk the golf course, instead of using a golf cart. This helps you get much more exercise so that you can improve your health.

To maximize the power of your golf swing, train your arms for strength and flexibility. It is just as important to work your arms as it is to stretch them. Getting occasional massages for your arms will also help as it will keep you relaxed and loose, which are two attributes that are also important when swinging a club. I guess by now you understand I am really into stretching exercises to help with your golf swing. This is my biggest golf tips I can give you.

To often I see guys come out to play golf and you just know that they have done no exercising at all since the last time you saw them. I am not the best about exercising but I do like to do daily stretches including bending at my waist and try to touch the the ground. Well I have done it so much that I can put my palms flat on the ground with my legs about 6 inches apart and my knees slightly bent.

I do plan on using this exercise as it makes sense. So good luck with good golf swing speed. Don’t forget to use your big muscles to help.
